Occupying one of the top floors at the tallest building in Hong Kong, the International Commerce Centre in Kowloon West, IWG's Signature at ICC, is yet another "occupy and enhance" project, capping a very busy 2 years. This large open plan space was pre-fitted for a single tenant and required extensive cellularization in order to be operated as a serviced workplace. As part of the enhancement work, the front of house area was modernized and rebranded with a common design language for the "Signature" brand in Hong Kong, including a new elevated meeting booth area, feature lighting, custom joinery elements, and a large variety of lounge/focus/coworking furniture.
