12 Floors @ 200 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai

In this remarkable project, Interspace renovated the entire Hang Seng Wanchai Building to become IWG's new flagship Spaces center, in the heart of the busy commercial district. Encompassing all interior areas, including the newly converted retail floors, washrooms, and lifts, as well as all exterior finishes, cladding, and signage, plus a complete building window replacement, this project was the most ambitious endeavour for our team yet. Designed in collaboration with FVA, the finished project has become a landmark at the Hennessy Road and Fleming Road intersection.
