This expansion project for Savills involved relocation of two different teams into a large shared space in Cityplaza 1. Due to business and regulatory requirements, the different business units needed to have independent access control and isolated office areas.

Our solution was to centrally locate a shared pantry/collaboration space, with a common server room in the "neutral space" between the two users. Having two users share this functional space allowed for better efficiency and an overall cost effective design.
