Software One selected Interspace to handle their office relocation and major expansion when moving from a small industrial building in Kwun Tong to LEED Platinum rated NEO along the Kai Tak harbor. Our team provided a complete end-to-end design and build service focused on collaborative features and flexible settings, and with a highly efficient layout across more than 10,000 square feet of brand new office space.

Welcome to Software One

With a large reception area directly facing the lift lobby, a visitor's first impression is dominated by the spacious open pantry with an impressive view across the harbour.

Collaboration Area

An integrated collaboration area adjoins the open office seating to encourage use of the space, and with loose furniture elements it can be quickly reconfigured according to evolving team needs.

Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are named using a cleverly designed cut-out logo application featuring a translate of "one" into various languages'.
