Sales & Business Development Manager

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, confident person to find and develop opportunities for office design projects, cultivate customer relationships, and build a sales channel with suitable industry partners. Design / architecture experience is highly preferred but not required. B2B sales of services (i.e. soft products) experience is necessary. This person will be promoting our company's creativity, capabilities, and credentials to potential clients, so an open and creative mind is essential.

The Package

• Salary: 
  [Base] HK$24,000 to HK$35,000 per month, depending on your references and demonstrated ability.
  [Incentive] Per project incentive based on the total contract sum signed!
   
• Raises/Promotions: Assessed by the Directors on your employment anniversary
   
• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
   
• Annual Leave: 12 days
   
• Company Holidays: Standard "Bank Holidays" (i.e. General Holidays)

Do you have what it takes to join our team?

1 -    You graduated from a university-level program with a bachelor's degree and you have at least 3 full years experience working in a Sales & Business Development role at a services/soft-product business. Exceptional candidates without degrees will still be considered.

2 -    You can communicate in English confidently. We would prefer if you can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin.

3 -    You are a fearless extrovert and will do whatever it takes to get in front of a potential client.

4 -    You have a great sense of style and impeccible manners. You want your clients to feel like royalty, and to make our company a shining star in the industry.

5 -    Last, and most importantly, you love money and are not satisfied with just "getting by." You should be rabidly aggressive when following leads and do whatever you can to help us win more business!
