Turner & Townsend selected Interspace from amongst multiple bidders to provide a full turnkey relocation and expansion service for their office move from Fortress Hill to Pioneer Place in Kwun Tong. Critical to this project's success was a very tight schedule from award to completion of all works in order to meet the deadline for handover of the old office. Our comprehensive proposal included design, fitting out, project management & supervision, relocation management, reinstatement of their old office, and IT/AV/Security components as a single, guaranteed, lump sum. Despite the very tight schedule, our team completed the entire project ahead of schedule!
