As our first project for IWG, we were selected to deliver their first "Industrial Bauhaus" style Regus center in Asia. Our team worked with the selected design consultant, FVA, to integrate this complex prototype design into the revitalized 700 Nathan Road building in Mong Kok (ex-Argyle Centre). Interspace coordinated all trades and specialists and delivered a highly value engineered package to achieve an agressive target budget per square foot without sacrificing quality or design.
The project spans two floors and nearly 25,000 square feet with nearly 100 private offices, 3 meeting rooms, and a large front of house area with European designer furnishings and light fixtures.
