Our next project (following 700 Nathan Road) with IWG (and FVA as the design consultant) is the first Kowloon location for IWG's new coworking brand, Spaces. As the anchor tenant in this MVRDV designed Gaw Capital Partners "industrial conversion" building (133 Wai Yip Street), this center was designed to perfectly complement the unique building envelope with a whitewashed raw cement structure and copius glass partitioning allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the building's floorplate.

Spanning more than 35,000 square feet, this location boasts more than 100 private rooms and an enormous, lavishly furnished coworking area for members to enjoy.
