Spaces - AXA Southside - IWG

2/F & 25-27/F @ AXA Southside, Wong Chuk Hang

In our first fully independent "design and build" project for IWG, our team created this incredible new flexible workplace for Spaces in the Wong Chuk Hang creative hub. Spanning more than 30,000 square feet over four floors, this new Spaces center in the AXA Southside building has extremely high ceilings in the enormous business lounge (with an exclusive lift from the Ground Floor) and unobstructed sea views from all three office floors.

Unique challenges for this project included a Class 1 Minor Works application for slab thickening, and design and fitting out of the complete public area (including the lift lobby and washrooms) from a bare concrete shell.
