For Egon Zehnder's new office in Exchange Square, Interspace designed a cozy "living room feeling" reception area with a large open cafe. Veneer panelling and masonry-effect tiles add warmth to the entry area, with wood panel flooring and a curved plush carpet runner drawing guests in.
Due to the nature of the building, an open ceiling was not possible, so we created a cement plastered cove to mimic the raw effect without exposing any mess. A movable glass partition provides flexibility for use of the front area as an event hall, waiting area, and for team building and collaboration, maximizing the efficiency of this premium location.
