A partially completed fitted co-workspace was available for take-over by IWG across two floors at Hysan Place in Causeway Bay, totalling 35,000 square feet, and Interspace was asked to adapt the space for IWG's new enterprise focused brand for Hong Kong: Signature by Regus. This grade A+ building with the highest standards for energy efficiency and outstanding unobstructed views across both floors makes this a truly landmark project.
We redesigned common area facilities, curated a full furniture, fixtures, and equipment package unique to this new brand, modified the rooms for IWG's target clients, and completed all the elements which were not yet finished at the time of site possession. Fast delivery, efficient budget, and full documentation were the key requirements for this project.
The model has since become very successful, resulting in a further 4 projects with a similar scope of work!
