A very unique opportunity by IWG to take a fully fitted but not operating serviced workplace in The Gateway necessitated our team to rapidly commence work to convert this location into the second (and largest) Signature by Regus in Hong Kong. This project counts as one of the biggest floor sizes that Interspace has handled, spanning 75,000 square feet across 3 full floors at Gateway Tower 5 in Harbour City - Tsim Sha Tsui.

This location is quite unique being in the heart of TST, but with 360° unobstructed sea and city views. We completed the project in two phases: first our client took possession of 2 floors, and following unprecidented demand, took an additional floor for further expansion.

While the space was handed over in fitted condition, extensive modifications were required to subdivide the space into many smaller 1-4 person suites, add telecommunications equipment, a networked access control system, digital signage, and a full FF&E package as a development of the new standard we created for Signature by Regus. Due to the instant success of this new center, we were asked to handle another take-over project at The Quayside simultaneously with the phase 2 work here.
