The Quayside, Kwun Tong

Signature - The Quayside was the third major "take-over" project during the 2021-2022 period for our long-time client, IWG, in Hong Kong. The center occupies a full floor of the two interconnected towers at The Quayside in Kwun Tong (50,000 square feet net internal area). With a very quick turn-around time, Interspace re-furnished and re-branded the space by incorporating our design language for Signature by Regus with newly designed features that seamlessly blend with the existing style.

Existing automation systems were re-designed and re-activated, while a totally new wireless access control system was implemented for all private offices. Convenience features for center management and self-service printing were added in strategic locations throughout the enormous floor area.
