When ZQ Capital had outgrown its first Hong Kong office, they contacted Interspace to create a bespoke client-focused workplace in one of Hong Kong's most unique buildings. Located on a whole floor in St. John's Building on Garden Road (i.e. the Peak Tram building), this office represents what's possible when a design lead approach is successfully merged with meticulous project planning.

With a touch of traditional detailing, a large open reception and entertainment area welcomes visitors with soft furnishing, custom joinery, and design elements that blend effortlessly with the unique curved window elements of the building. Details such as round wall sconces, carved wood strip feature panels, and circular bronze cabinet handle fittings show the extreme attention and care we offer to our valued clients.
