Unprecidented in size and scope, this project represents the ultimate capability of design, build, and project management undertaken by the team at Interspace. We were presented with the opportunity to fully reinstate and then renovate this 19 floor office tower at the 3-way intersection of Queensway, Hennessy Road, and Queens Road East, transforming a previously neglected and unoccupied building into a new landmark shared workplace for IWG.
High Visibility Reception/Lobby
Ground floor access includes entrances from both Queens Road East and Hennessy Road, and features a glass curtain wall with a two floor high transparent atrium featuring a glimpse of the business club activity from down below.
Dramatic Internal Staircase
Connecting the 1st and 2nd floor business club/coworking spaces, this windowside staircase is accented by a carefully planned lighting feature and is a key interconnection point for collaboration settings on both floors.
