Our relocation and fit out project for Appleby in Two Taikoo Place represented an unexpected, but fortuitous major expansion opportunity for this rapidly growing offshore law firm.
The project began as a relocation and 50% size expansion of Appleby's office into the new Two Taikoo Place due to the stratification of their previous office in One Island East. After completion of the project, a decision was made to further expand the area by connecting a vacant adjacent unit, resulting in a total area of more than 11,000 square feet. The second phase space was used partially to further enlarge the law firm's office area, with the remainder allocated to its related company, AGS, in an effort to consolidate operations under one roof.
